2025 Portland Magic Jam

What a weekend! I had an incredible time at the 2025 Portland Magic Jam. Over three packed days, I had the pleasure of photographing performers from across the magic world—some longtime pros, others just beginning their journeys—all sharing their unique style and spirit. My assistant, Max, and I had a blast meeting so many of you, swapping stories, and making sure every magician who stepped in front of the lens had a portrait that truly captured their spark.

Between the portrait sessions, I was lucky enough to photograph the magic happening throughout the convention itself. From packed lectures to unforgettable stage performances to all the little moments in between that make events like this feel like a family reunion.

A huge thank you to the PMJ organizers, the headliners, and every attendee who stopped by the studio or said hello in the hallways. Your passion, your creativity, and your kindness made this an experience I’ll never forget.
